With a background in psychology, strategy and human resources, Clare has considerable experience in areas spanning strategy development, coaching, leadership development, business transformation and culture change. She is outcome focused and has a passion for innovation and creating high performing teams that make a difference.
Clare holds a Masters in Business Studies, Masters in Strategic Studies and a degree in Psychology. She has also received a range of awards including the NZ Psychological Society Jamieson Award for contributions to psychology (2010), the Prime Ministers Prize for excellence in strategy (Victoria Uni) and HRINZ and IPANZ team awards for leadership initiatives in 2012 and 2014. She is also a Member of the NZ Order of Merit for contributions to HR.
